My Father, Leonard John Michaud, passed away on May 5th, 2018 after a 13 year long battle with Kidney Cancer. He fought long and hard but ultimately the cancer won. He was my biggest supporter for cycling. I'm riding my bicycle around the USA to try and raise money for more research and possible cures for this terrible disease. This way, together, we can help others from going through what my father and my family had to endure. 100% of your donations will go to the Kidney Cancer Association. The official leave date is May 5, 2025. The route is from Maine to Washington. Washington to Southern California. Southern California to Florida. Florida to Maine. Rougly 10,000 miles. Easy right!? I will be updating the page the closer we get to the leave date. I have been saving as much as I can as this is a self supported trip and unfortunately is not free.
