Dear Friends and Family of Bob Parlee, and others who support the Kidney Cancer Association,
This Saturday, September, 27th, a group of Bob's hiking buddies will climb Mt. Washington as a memorial to our good friend, who passed away earlier this year due to complications from Kidney Cancer. We want to celebrate Bob in the mountains, the place he loved best.
We will plan to hike one of Bob's favorite routes, the rugged and challenging Great Gulf Trail, and have a small ceremony for Bob at the top of the Great Gulf headwall. Please help us in supporting the Kidney Cancer Association by making a donation for one of the hikers. Donations could be based on the total climb, per mile (from 10 to 15 miles), or per 100 feet of elevation gain (from 3,500 to 5,000 feet). Bob was all about the elevation gain!
